Just sold one as retired. Bodywork still good, rust free.
Take particular notice of the gearbox, the 1st and 5th selectors seem to wear badly at 80 000, also check to timing belt has been replaced at same reading.
Fix the doorlock barrels as they can be opened in 15 secs with an ordinary screwdriver.
Otherwise good.

I run the 2.0 HDI.......galvanised body so rust free.
No problem with gears...new clutch June this year after 115000 miles so not bad.
Only problem...and it's not really a problem....n/s side door handle snapped off last year.
Runs like a dream and it's 10 years old.

My old mans got a 13 plate one and the only hassle he's had is electrical wise.  His goes through headlight, sidelight, dip, brake, tail lights like no tomorrow.

I have an 02 Expert 1.9 and it has been an excellent van. I find the two side loading doors very handy and it drives well is quiet and  so much better than my noisy last van Nissan Cargo. I get it serviced about once a year. The seat cover is starting to go after 100,000 miles but I have another one to fit in the new year. I would recommend it.
