Just when you think you're calling it a day for the year and you get a job in you can't refuse.

Lovely big house needing their conservatory roof cleaned. Ah well, that's the wife's Christmas presents paid for.

I quoted a rather large Georgian Country Villa last night - if that comes off will be my Christmas paid for thought told him cant fit you in till January  :)
