Title: Fan jets broke on installation
Post by: H20cleaning on December 19, 2014, 06:23:23 pm
Ordered some all season hose wich came today and feels alot better than the old gardiner stuff! Great delivery as usual.
I also got some fan jets to try, and what a nightmare they were to fit...
I snapped one trying to knock it into the hole( we have all been there before 😏)are they even worth ordering any more or are pencil jets better?

Perhaps drill the hole slightly larger?

Wiggle them in gently. I broke one once  ;) sorry, twist them in with fliers but don't squeeze the pliers

I fitted Gardiner ones and they just pushed in with my thumb.

Quality of plastic ? You can get gel ones, they'll never break.
