Well for a start its 3x the price of other hose.

I don't use 8mm bore anymore, 6mm so much lighter to use, the other thing to consider is the outside diameter, depending on what you want you should have an o/d of 12mm but maybe upto 14mm - this give you some idea on how much weight the hose is

What puts me off is that it looks like hoselock hose in size. Looks difficult to manouver around.
