Title: problem customers, wont pay - i aint paying

ok been doing this block of flats for about 5 years now, had 2 customer.
now got a new one.
cant get the money off her.
if i do it cant get the money, its call back tommorrow,or call back satday, go back satday and its call back thursday, impossible to get the money off her, just wont pay. or gat no intention of paying.

if i miss her windows out,scratched from my list, she comes out effing and blinding all over the street, why you missed my effing windows out you you Twat, cleaned all the others and missed mine you effing bastar-

cant win with her
clean em you dont get paid.
miss em and get called every name she can think of.

As above. Dont clean until all payment has been received. Let her shout all she wants.

Sticks and stones and all that. Just remind her next time she shouts in ear shot of the neighbours how much she owes.

Seriously if it was me, I'd send a kid out for a tenner and spray paint her house with 'very *friendly* person' then wait for the call to remove it for £50...money upfront.  ;)

During the miners strike of 1984/85 it was known for eggs to be blown, refilled with paint and a small piece of tape placed over the holes. Said eggs can be thrown from a safe distance at "scab's" houses  ;)

Some customers just do not pay on time....But if you work with this person on a regular basis discuss the method of payment and the time frame within they have to pay.

Did you read the original post - clean her windows and can't get paid and gets abused if missed ! would you really bother ? I don't care who they are - if your not paid don't work for them  ::)roll
