Title: How to carry more water?
Post by: stuartb on December 14, 2014, 09:59:31 pm
I've a pure freedom 350ltr system which sometimes isn't enough water for my day. How do people solve the problem of carrying extra water? Is it possible to add a smaller tank to the 350ltr?

Change the tank or get a cheap marlin or ROman or something and connect up to customers tap while you clean.

Get4 25 litre drums and fill them up on busy days for an extra 100 litres.

Make more water on the go so to speak with a D.I. chamber, fill up at your custards.

If that 350 pf system has an onboard 4040 ro/di set up you can in theory produce water on demand when on site just by connecting it up to an outside tap too.

or change the way you clean to use less water??, (less rinsing) use an aquatap or aquadapter to conserve water.

Also maybe try an additive like vision to see if it helps cut down water usage.
