I curently use the hi modulas carbon unger nlite (master pole and 4 extensions)
Although its not a bad pole it gets annoying when having to add on the extensions especialy all 4 of them and when its windy is a job in itself to do.
Im looking at getting another 65footer but this time doing my research a bit more thourough and using other peoples recomendations.

Ionic swift+ mate.
It's fully telescopic, so no sections need adding.

Just been looking online at the swif plus. Looks just what im after even though its remortgage time to afford one lol. Is there any others that compare at all or do you realy rate the ionics?? I have the ionic glyder plus 40 but not a great fan of that and hardly gets used but i am aware that the swift is the top end pole they do.

You can get a 57ft reach Gardiner telescopic pole.
47ft with one extension. Fully telescopic.
Worth considering. Depends if you actually need 65ft exactly :)

They're not cheap. Nothing at ionic is. A lot of it is marketing BS and blue LED 's but the Swift+ is the daddy.
It's nothing like the glyder. Glyder is an ok pole. I used the 30' for some time but the SLX is better.
Swift+ is just better, a lot better.
The King says Extreme. That'd be a 47' with 4 extensions.
If you are only ever gonna need 65', I'd go with the Swift+.
But, and here is the rub, if there is even the chance that you'll need to go higher, I'd agree with the king. Because for £500 you can get another floor.
If you buy the 65' swift+ and need a 80' pole then you're gonna waste pennies.
In short:
If you are only ever gonna go to 65' then I'd buy the swift+ mate.
If there is even a chance you'll go higher at some point in the future, go for the extreme.

So 52' fully telescopic. 57' would require 1 more extension which would be modular add on not telescopic.

Whenever I talk poles I always talk lengths, not reach.

I don't really do much solar.
I sub a bit for Solar Steve and clean the odd few for existing customers but not too much more.
All my high stuff is windows.

Schools/ hotels/ large office/ private blocks/ comunal areas/ hospitals etc etc all the time lately which is why im asking whats the best out there for the job as getting the hump adding extensions all the time especially when windy and also the grief of doing it when on my own, an all in 1 would suit me much better.

I have a swift * 65, there about £1500. Good pole but can be hard work doing more than 1 hours graft.

You won't get an all in one suitable for working in windy conditions. Infact ,my own experience tells me that neither heavy nor light poles can be used in windy conditions. If its windy i generally wouldn't work higher than about 25 foot. Good luck in finding something to fit the bill, i'll watch this thread with interest.

Highest I've cleaned is 63ft and that was with a modular pole which was lovely and light and quite rigid but difficult to put together and take down on my own. Used a telescopic tucker aluminium pole at 60ft and that weighed a tonne and was shattering on the forearms and neck at that height but easier to put up and down.
Nowadays I only go to 50ft on a regular monthly basis frequently on several properties. I prefer to use modular poles where it's easy enough to assemble the poles and I have the room to work when it's not too windy, but if it's quite gusty I prefer to use a telescopic pole so I tend to use gardiners extreme pole or even an Ionics pole. The ionics pole is a lot heavier but is a lot more rigid and feels safer as it is more rigid as the pole is made to last but is tiring work using it all day.
I take my hat off to those who work at height as it is very hard work and you feel knackered at the end of the day working at them heights. Working on normal domestic work seems a doddle afterwards.

In my experience work at over 60' can't be done in winds over 10mph
