No, pure is pure, should remain the same if in PERFECTLY clean and sealed container.

Keep in black containers of covered up to prevent algea growth

Thought so,

Someone on the other thread has suggested it will osmose back if left...

cant see how without it being contaminated from outside somehow, ie exposed to the enviroment

I left two 25ltr barrels next to each other unsupervised and a few days later there were loads of little 1ltr barrels but the water was still pure.
