Hi, guys Just wanting some info on what price you would charge to clean and seal about 80 square meters of block paving??
Also what would you use to seal it?
Iv only done a couple before and they only wanted them re sanding

Depends what you are cleaning it with and how. If your Pressure washing it you need to ask the pressure washing pro guys on the General Section. If your cleaning it with a Mono Rotary and a wet Vac we charge around £3-£5 per M2 depending on how bad it is.
To seal we always used either Aqua Mix Penetrating Sealer or Miracle Tile & Stone Sealer.
Both around the same price at £24.95 a gallon less your 20% discount + VAT & Delivery

It a hard floor question so it should be in this section... as there isn't a pressure washing section ;D
Kevin, sorry I have been away, did you ever do a video of your method ??? Would any of your sealer's stabilize the jointing sand ?
Original question would never of considered sealing this time of yr

We are cleaning a good sized driveway tomorrow but will definitely not seal it
In terms of a sealant there is Resiblock and imo there is the rest - this is only my opinion but I have used Resiblock and with two or three coats it really does make a very good surface - it is expensive and many customers will baulk at the price but when I have used cheaper sealers they dont me the same sense of confidence

I suggest that you ask the customer what he expects to gain from sealing the paving.
The majority, want the paving sealed in order to stop weed growth and not to protect the paving from staining.
Only a few sealer's offer this benefit, are they worth the cost? In my view no.
Post this question on the General section, again majority of operators who actually clean Block paving on a daily basis no longer seal due to complications caused via the weather, if they do still seal, they stop offering the service around Sept / Oct due to dampness in the air and ground.
Its all very well for suppliers to push sealer's, but at this time of year for an operator the rewards / profits can soon disappear when you have to keep moving customers to suit the weather. Example today we have booked in two re-sands plus a large repair to start at 9.30, forecast was dry last night and today. It has rained here at 7.00am, very frustrating.. now we are looking at a lunch time start if lucky and that is just for re-sanding. You may get lucky booking in a re-sand / seal but it will be a lottery why take the risk ?
