No. Just as it is.
All my GoCardLess customers have monthly (a few on 2 monthly) recurring DD's. Collects on the 1st of the month (or 2nd if a Sunday) and by the 4th (5th) its in my account. Love it.

I don't think it is.
Customer gets the email 3 or 4 days before payment due.
Money leaves their account on the first and gets to me on the 4th.
Thats the same for everyone isn't it?

maybe ive misread your post..but it takes about 10 days from starting the d/d to it being in your own bank account. I read it as you start the collection on the 1st and its in your account by the 5th so 4-5 days.

Ive created a payment tonight. On the dashboard its showing me that the customer will be charged on the 12th and i will get paid on the 17th.
All of my customers are on recurring payments, leaving their accounts' on the 1st so i always get paid on the 4th or 5th (for regular work)

I absolutely love it.

Funny thing though, i hate direct debits on my accounts going out.
I sell it to my customers but i certainly don't believe my own pitch.

Does it work well if most your customers are 6 weekly, and it's saying 1% per transaction is there a limit on transactions

You take payment when you want.
It's 1% per transaction upto maximum charge of £2 per transaction.

Use this link if you're gonna sign up for it.
We'll both get £50 off fees!
