Title: office contracts

hi to all,

We do mostly domestic cleaning at the moment, but are thinking of going into office cleaning, could anyone tell us where abouts we would find out when a contract is up for grabs is there a website? newpaper? anything like that ?

I have 2 office contracts and they found me, must have been online aswell.
My customers tend to come to me, don't do alot of advertising, but at the moment i am sending out some inroduction letters to some offices that i think may be interested, like solicitors, etc. I didn't get much responce from the estate agents, did slightly better with the employment agencies (got to quote but lost out on price), and now i'm trying the architects, soliciors and financial services people in my local area.
I think the best way is to get out there and meet people, make yourself known. I'll ring these people that i am about to send letters to in a few days, give it the personal approach, less likely to say not to your face (voice).
I have never found anything by looking in papers etc, i don't think its something people advertise unless they are a big company.
