Title: client notice

hi all , i want to give my client notice as we have come to logger heads and i am in a no win sitution, we cant come to a compermise ,i should have gussed , they have gone through a fair amount of cleaners, thought i could give a better service, bent over backwards for them, anyway if i give a weeks notice do i need to work it , i feel that if i do work it they may not pay me

Sometimes you just have to walk away and move onto other things.

Unfortunately there will always be problem clients in any business.

Hey Blacksheep, long time no post  ;D

I would say it depends on what is written into your Clients contract. I don't have any notice terms in mine either from me to Client or Client to me, so in the past when I have had cause to cancel I have simply written to the Client explaining that I am unable to provide a cleaner, with effect from whatever date, and the reason why  :)
