Title: Red brick dust stain in loop pile (brand new)
Post by: heritagecleaning on December 01, 2014, 05:30:33 pm
This is the info I have over the phone.

Any tips anyone? I would think a good vac to start followed by flushing, but I don't know if there's a particular product that would be good in this situation.

Cheers  :)

Use the vac hose for vacuuming not the beater bar. Or use your machine vac.

Try filter out from Prochem - http://www.restormate.co.uk/epages/15094.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/15094/Products/PRB171&ViewAction=ViewProduct
The dust is charged and does not clean out well even with heavy rinsing. I have found this type of product is good on brick dust.
