Leaking out of QR because full pressure hasn't built up in the line to trigger. You may have a problem with valves, seals and pistons in pump. When did it last have any changed?

Dowty seals are pence and easy to fit. Remove the quick release from the pump. The dowty seal s the little washer in between the two .It is a metal "ring" which has an internal seal fitted to it.
