Title: Roof Cleaning

Do any other window cleaners add on roof cleaning? We have been asked by a local housing association if we can do roof cleaning on top of all their gutter cleaning/ emptying and window cleaning, as after christmas they are rolling out 7500 properties for us to clean over a period of time a a fair few need their roofs cleaned.
Just wondered any of you have done it and best methods/ equipment and roughly costs involved and what we should charge.most roofs would be on a 3 bed semi size

Jamie,

We've done several commercial roofs this year, but no domestics, and it's not always that easy.

I did do some research into domestic roof cleaning, and found the best method was similar to a wfp method that sprays the roof, however I did work out that the kit would cost circa £10k

if you do end up cleaning any roofs dont do it with a pressure washer i used to be a roofer and one thing we were always doing was replacing damaged tiles that people had cleaned but stuffed them up in the process

Pikey's do that job around this way turn up in a tatty transit about 4 pikey's get out grotty petrol pressure washer muck everywhere tell people they have cleaned out gutters aswell .been to empty gutters of moss when customer moans about water overflowing
