Have just got hold of some Releasit Hydrox .And ive got to say that its not bad and im getting some good result with it .But I can not get my head around the amount they say you need to use .The encap man on youtube say s that you use very little and it goes a long way .Well the amounts on the container say different .And remember there in American measurements not UK .How do you all mix your Hydrox in say 5 lts. ???     Des

He means the amount you apply to the carpet not the volume it produces.

1:16 will work fine. In the Cimex you can lean it out to 1:20 if its not a total minger.

Different carpet constructions/fibre types will affect how it distributes through the pile so sometimes you need a stronger mix than others.

I used hydrox today at 16 to 1 on a badly watermarked comunal area carpet! Seamed to remove all the stains, I used Chemstractor with white pad

no mate a white scotch pad, I normaly use the buff/tan type but on this occasion I thought the white was more than enough agitation
