Title: RO slowed down?
Post by: DaveG on November 26, 2014, 04:39:29 pm
I've got a pumped 450 gpd ro and it's slowed down to a trickle...

Could it just be the temperature? Blocked pre-filters? How often do the pre-filters need changing?

The pump is fairly new so I'm pretty sure that's ok.

Any ideas guys?

Just looking on Daqua website and it's around £120 to change all membranes/filters, probably better off buying one of their 450 gpd units for £150..

I don't bother with the 150 gpd membranes any more I stick the 100 gpd ones in - seem just as fast and use a Fibredyne filter or what ever it's called from Gardiners which replaces all three.
