Title: Post Building Cleans

Hi

Is it possible to ask some advice, what is the average price on a 1 bed post build clean and a 4 bed Post clean?

Any help would be great

one clean or multiple stage cleans?

we do 2 cleans for £320 but thats in west scotland. i think the price is higher elsewhere, for example we got offered more to do them in edinburgh but labour and parking was more expensive where we were working

depends on sq m, if theres client extras etc to be fitted, how big the windows are.

We charge by the hour so will not be able to help with exact price. Our charge is £15 per hour.
