hi rob
just been printing my invoices for tmoz and noticed that my payment instructions look a little different which i think looks great, just wondering have you altered them following my recent post about bank payments.
if you have could you bold and underline all the payment methods please so its easier and stands out better the different options for the customers
at the minute i highlight the sections i need them to read such as new bank details doesnt look very professional but draws there eyes to important info for now
i.e
new bank details:
preferred option go cardless direct debit
cash and cheques
that would be great thanks

Go:
settings (spanner top right) > invoicing
You can put in whatever you like (inc bold underlined etc).

didnt realise u could do it yaself thought that was maybe why rob had changed it for me cheers soupy

Yes Richy - I just added a new formatting feature to the invoice and quote footer settings.
So you can for example **make text bold** by enclosing it in double stars, __make it underlined__ by enclosing it in underlines etc.
There's a key just to the right of the footer text box in the settings.
Hope that makes sense, let me know if you need any further pointers on this.

can you adjust the font size too??
since ive change headers to bold it cant fit all info on the invoice on one page

ive just got a acouple of sentences asking for customers current contact details to be sent via email that way i get there email addresses then 4 payments options with details
it used to fit on page but now it been altered to bold the sub headers it doesnt fit
catch 22 haha

if you stretch the notes box on the settings page you can make your sentences longer before it goes to the next line i've found
