Mick - I started the business in 2010 - and just mainly sold the services instead of actually doing them myself - although on the odd occasion I have worked on the tools.
I employed right from the word go and thought of myself as a national cleaning company from the very beginning - I didn't want to think any other way, and now four years later were almost at the top of our game plan :P

what did you do before 2010?? Im guessing you was involved with marketing etc as to have gone from nothing to a big company like purple rhino in 4 years would defo take some doing.

I lived in Bulgaria for 6 years building and selling property
However before that I owned a large window cleaning company in Bradford West Yorkshire and sold out when we hit over £1,000,000

Perhaps if you try positive instead of negative you may get somewhere.
H&S - I was writing policies and rams 20 years ago for this industry - bet you've never wrote one in your life.
If you have little or nothing good to say why waste your time coming out with garbage.
Change your attitude and you too could do something worthwhile

Some people mock others and pretend to be better themselves. Perhaps they have problems they need to discuss but prefer to act BIG in front of an audience.

Couple of decent vids there, I like the time lapses, others I found a bit boring as its difficult to get a scale of the before/after difference.

Time Lapse - we are working on improving them - I know they can be better - practice practice Practice
The others need work - the lads should think about what they are filming and saying but at the moment they are very nervous at speaking - so we just have to keep practicing and done day............

I think the time lapses work much better on the filthy cladding where there is a big difference in colour between the before/after. The Price video that was posted was a good example, I thought.

Rhino what I can't understand is how you employed from the start without doing any work, I'm guessing you bought the round at a good price with the sale of selling your other business as it takes years to build up a round and get contracts. You need good money to make good money so quickly but good luck Darren take me hat off to ya m8

I've got a web page but not sure how to get it out there. I know a printing company that pays hundreds of pounds each month to go in google perhaps that's what I may need to do. Good to see things are so busy for you mate. I think the vids are good. I think a USP like your guy's accent is a good thing. To get him to go viral would do wonders for your hit rate on youtube. I just have a couple of helpful pointers if you don't mind.
Are your vids embedded on your website? Your link from your youtube channel needs to be more prominent if you can somehow. Have you optimised each video before uploading them on youtube?
Just to professionalise the vids, could you add an opening and closing credit to them with a call to action, your logo, website and phone number?

Hi Steve
Good points - we have just taken on a full time assistant for our marketing campaigns and she will add opening and closing credits etc - she has about 100 to do - so may take her a while.
One she has made should go live tomorrow.
Watch this space - for her very first cleaning Video I think she has done well.
