hi

has anyone got any suggestions for a decent weedkiller that will work well in winter i.e. when the weeds and grass are not growing?

Diaquat will work but you need to check that is legal ... why would you bother the weeds will die off anyway?

Glyphosate (Roundup, hammer etc)  will be very slow as the plant is not "actively " growing. Diquat acts differently.
