Of course we do, why wouldn't we?
-
Yeah do it mate. Offer a free reclean or money back when you are ther if it's raining. I've only had yo honour it once in 4 years.
-
We work all year round after all rain dosent make the windows dirty and we have a business to run and bills to pay!! the only weather we dont work in is solid ice and snow or in cases of torrential downpour just do gutter jobs instead.
-
i work in MOST bad weather but sometimes i just sack it off and re schedule and take a well earned day off but most of the time i just crack on regardless.im a grafter though when i have work waiting to be cleaned! ;) :)
customers hardly ever moan.if they do i simply miss them out until their next due and move onto my next due job.simple. ;)

Dazmond bath rarely sacks it off I've seen the pics of him working in he rain 😀

Daz, how did you go about training your customers into letting them clean in all weathers? What did you initially tell them?
I've tried but no matter what technical jargon I try they just don't have any of it ::)roll

david i didnt!when i switched to wfp (over 4 years ago now) i made a decision i wasnt going to get behind schedule as much due to bad weather and customers just got used to it.sometimes ive had the odd comment but i just tell them i can work in all weathers with these systems! ;)
works for me :)
-
worked in rainy conditions for last three days. :(..don't like it
but it pays the bills
-
you get the odd customer that wont have it but most understand you actually have a business to run and no matter what theyre windows are going to need cleaning! majority of my customers are ok with it now.
-
I am a trad cleaner and I don't work in rain, light drizzle yes proper rain no, I have no idea if it would make any diffrence to my customers. I also don't go out if I deem it to be to windy.
It has little to do with what customers want or think, I have worked outside all my life in all kinds of weather, At points in my life I have lived outdoors 24 hours a day for months at a time.
Now I don't have to so I don't ;D

works for me :)
I'm making a decision to get a decent set of waterproofs and crack on with it, when I started out I made the mistake of letting customers dictate to me on issues like the weather which has really come back to bite me the last couple of weeks with constant rainy weather, no more mister nice guy haha ;D

Work in rain unless like today wind was between 60-95mph, too windy too fly a kite let alone clean windows. went out for 2 and a half hours before sunset after a long morning snooze.
-
Absolutely bucketing down here today..apparently will blow
over by lunch time, did contemplate going for a run but settled on
watching the tv and eating digestives until it improves out there ;D
