A 4040 is your best bet for the quickest fill.

About 45 litres an hour at 80psi so about 8 to 10 hours for your tank, my 4040 would make that in
under 4 hours on tap pressure only.

why not have a static tank in your garden ? ibc tank and let it fill overnite? unless that aint an option for you takes me ten mins to fill my 400 litre tank every morning with a fat pipe and submersable pump
