Does anyone use an online diary for booking appointments instead of traditional way, I've yet to find one I'm happy with yet & could do with one that integrates with the database so I don't have to enter everything twice ? Also needs to be accessed by several people during the working day !

Google calendar AND CleanersMate

I'm using cleaners mate & the calendar built in to email the jobs, but could do with a calander that everyone can access whenever they need to.
Is there a way of doing this with cleanersmate & google calendar ? without having to duplicate the work details each time ?

No. But Google calendar (via the lightning plugin with Thunderbird (email)) works great for me.
Google calendar works with MANY other calendar apps, e.g. Pocket Informant (great mobile app) and every Android phone default calendar I've ever used.

The issue I've got is once i've entered the customers in the database I can just click & enter them on the cleaners mate calendar & email it,
whereas if I use another online calendar I'm assuming I will have to manually enter all the details, which I really dont want to do as its too
time consuming !
It's a shame the cleaners mate one doesnt intergrate with the google calendar, as it would make life easier.

Works perfectly for us. Easy to use. never lets us down. Get reminders sent to your phones etc.

Just sorted my google calendar diary, have synced desktop to laptop and mobile.
However don't seem to be able to add to mobile and sync it back to other computers.
Can it be done and I am missing something

Yes, but I can't tell from here why you're having problems.
