It now senses when I am pumping water out of my holding tank. At this precise moment a solonoid valve opens to allow flow of water into my RO. Within a split second another solonoid valve opens and allows flow of water through into my holding tank. At the same time it switches on the pump which increases the water pressure through the system. When it senses that the tank is full it automatically switches off the pump and closes the two solonoid valves. Works perfectly and no need for me to manually do anything - it does it all for me. The only intervention I have is changing the filters periodically. The whole system is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller.
If anyone is interested I am happy to give more details. My installer is happy to make systems taylor made to individual needs

I need one of these. Flooded my garage last night as I forgot to stop producing for yesterday.
How much roughly?

Basically i use this

My van has this fitted.

Same principle, except i have made my own RO spike reducer. As when an RO fires up, it will spike and let through nasty high PPM water to the Di's for about 2/3 minutes.

yes a seperate valve can be added to flush for a desired amount of time if desired

I've got a static system also (Water softener- RO - Double DI), my thing I haven't been able to work out is I run water through the RO to the waste water tank for ten minuets before I switch it over to the DI's. This is because there is a lag until the the TDS reading comes down post RO, as the RO coughs out a load of poop when it's been idle and so I can prolong the life of the DI resin. Is there anyway this can be automated (i.e. it won't let water into the DI vessels until say it reaches 25 TDS)?

I've got the same but I have to turn a switch to backwash. Is that automatic on yours also?

The best thing I bought for my business that!
Has it 3 years and never touched my RO, other than the odd backwash.
Looking forward to getting the new one which does that for me!!
