Title: "For sale no time wasters"

Why do folks post an add for selling a run and state no time wasters, then when you ask some reasonable questions to identify whether or not it would be of interest they don't reply to email etc?

Exactly, if they really had something worth selling they would be happy to answer any questions
and would expect to be asked them.
