Just sell it, why it benefits them, FREE ! for starters, no knocking on the door late at night, no extra costs like a stamp.

If your doing a price review soon offer this,  dear custy, your windows will shortly increase by £1 this is due in the most part by the cost of a return visit to collect, if you sign up for our totally FREE online payment option we will freeze your price for another 12 months

I made up stickers for my slips, did a text campaign and now having a leaflet made.

110% the future! Any new customer gets put on it!

So far up to 18 customers out of 150 so over 10% are already on it. I will slowly roll out to the whole round.

use this link and we both get £50 off in fees ;)

Paul we have got lots on GC and find it really easy to track them on CP - as once you claim (2 clicks) it auto clears debt when its paid

On my website pay your bill page it's the only option , Ideally I need to get some new payment cards with the benefits of GoCardless in order to sway more custys to use it , currently still have 100's before I get new ones done plus need to switch to cleaner planner

But any new custys have to sign up prior to first clean otherwise no clean I just tell a white lie and tell them most of my customers use GoCardless .

Im talking about tracking the customer through the sign up  process as i don't have email or names for alots of my customers.

It would be easy if gocardless let use see the address or even a reference code eg door no & postcode

Yeah but they won't. You are going to have to get more details from your customers, at the very least their names.

I have all my customers names and still struggle sometimes.

I have asked GC about 5 times so far who the customer is. As long as you give them a clue they usually help.

I have asked 3 or 4 times and been flat out refused every time. I have now put in place an "iidentifier" on the website that gives me that one extra piece of information.

IMO name + email address isn't enough and gocardless should be doing something about the process.

I think rob is going to do something. With a widget?
