I am getting a new van in March, I think it is going to be less hassle to sell my van complete with system in it, as I am having difficulty in finding someone who can take out and re-install the tank and webasto diesel heater. Just wondered how much the van & system would be worth in March.
2010 Transit 280 swb limited in silver, will have done 35 000 miles by March with a full Ford service history, good condition, small dent on wheel arch and small dent on rear door when someone closed the doors in the wrong order :'(
Pure freedom 650 litre, 2 man RO system with booster pump, 9 kw webasto heater, system will be 4 years old in March, it is only used on the colder winter mornings, this system would cost about 7.5k new.
What do you think this is worth?

A dare say a decent mechanic could easily fit your system in a new van. Just strip it all out take pics as you go and label stuff then re fit. Surely someone could do that easy enough.

why are you wanting to sell with such low miles on a 2010 plate? ???
-
Try Grippamax, they can do it for you. :)

has it semi high roof,,,,

Purefreedom want £800 + VAT to change it over. At the moment the fuel line is tapped into the main fuel tank but you are not allowed to do that anymore, meaning a small separate fuel tank has to be fitted.

I don't think they will come all the way up to Scotland to re-install a system but I may give them a try.

Cost you nothing to ask.
