I only clean a couple, there done 2 weekly and are not subbed.
Deal with managers directly and they pay on day.
Why do you ask?

Clean I think 4
They won't go national as I kid you not I spoke to someone high up in Gk a few years ago and he said "enough window cleaners drink, so most pubs dont even submit a bill for window cleaning, cleaners get paid in beers" I thought he was joking lol but he was deadly serious.

Having a dialogue with area manager says they are paying £200 per pub :o ,He has 18 under his area.

yeah thats probably per year
-
£200 a pub bull poop that made me LMAO,there ain't a pub in England they would pay £200 to have there pub cleaned, one minute your doing a whole area then you get home and check your inbox to see you've just lost em to another firm doing em for a couple of quid less. Waste of time big chains are as reliable as each other like I say one week you have to much work the next you have nothing if you bank on that kind of work.
-
I did one, but the managers constantly changed and I was buggered about, so just binned it.

How much do you earn off them?
-
£199 a pub ;D
-
My initial thought was that it was inaccurate but why tell you that if they are looking for a lower price .

That's how my local pays me ;)

They could be paying £200 per pub a month if cleaned weekly.
A lot of pubs use to get cleaned weekly in and out, weatherspoons still do.
As for paying in beers don't think the ones I do would ever go for that there very strict on getting there invoice as they get regular audits, they were also quite up on there health and safety and asking to see insurance.

Lol yeah something similar made me sign a working at height document for a ground floor pub as well.
