Title: recommended service in Bedfordshire?
Post by: SimonW on October 27, 2014, 08:44:46 pm
Anyone knows good service* repairs for my prochem powermax?
Upgrading etc would be an advantage!
I might do it myself but just want to know any local mark
where I may pop in one day.

Cheers

You could try Alltec, depending on where you are in Bedfordshire , only about a 40min drive www.alltec.co.uk

I could only find these locally Discount cleaning  (http://www.discountcleaningmachines.co.uk/) and realkleen (http://realkleen.co.uk/wp/)     j&j services (http://www.jandjservicesgbltd.co.uk/). Got no idea of quality of service.
Otherwise you could see if anyone comes down this way at some point. I know A3 machines (http://www.a3machines.co.uk/) do irregular runs from Telford and have repaired my steam cleaner on site a couple of times or taken it away and redelivered.

Try Simon at Vacuum warehouse in Luton, they are Prochem suppliers.

Dave at Realkleen would be no good as they don't carry out repairs for prochem or they didn't, really setup for pressure washing sales repairs.

J&J Services, Jimmy nice guy might be worth a call but really deal with large scrubber/ driers like tennants etc

Thanks guys. I visited vacuum warehouse but from the conversation we had I see it like they just want your money...
when I asked them about upgrading pump and replacing vacuums Ive been told my machine may be too old for upgrading which is bull*** talking.

I might give a call to A3. Anyways what I need is 150psi pump to fit in which i can do by myself.the worst thing is I can't figure out what vacuum motors I have inside! !!! I know it needs replacing:d I'll have a look later today maybe there is a sticker on it with details.
