Title: What do you use to clean pole sections?

What do you use to clean the pole sections? Some sirt of spray? Or just water and a cloth ?

I use a hospipe and water.  I'll dismantle the sections and run water through them and over them, then wipe them down with a scrim.  I'll pull off the old tape and replace it too.

I'll then give it a light spray with ptfe.

I also prefer using my pole hose externally, which helps not to get dirt dragged up my poles.
