I have a burn in my loop pile syn carpet , I am wondering the best way of product to put some fibres back into it
-
M Power? I've heard its that good! ;D
-
Anybody?
-
Do you have a photo Colin?
-
re tuff it, use a clear silicone.Have you got an off cut, clean out burnt fibres then pick tuffs off offcut then little bit of silicone and re tuff.
-
Nigel it's a loop pile
-
Re-stich the loops back in with a curved needle and some matching wool.
-
You want a mattress needle Colin you can get them from here

or depending on how burnt it is you could try sanding it down and see if it camouflages.

some matching wool.
Its synthetic John :) assuming thats what Colin means by syn
that is.

By wool I meant whatever yarn to match. Most wool shops sell synthetic yarns as well.
