Title: ik 9 sprayer help

hi, i,ve got a problem with my sprayer, its pressurising ok but theres nothing at all at the nozzle, i,ve taken it right down to just the trigger section and theres nothing, yet when i pull the pressure release valve theres loads there...thanks

Obviously a block, you've just got to track back to where.

Take the hose off, start there.

Usually loads of crud stuck in the nozzle filter. The old filters in particular were not that good. The new ones are better and clean easily.

thanks griffus, as i say i,ve gone back right down to the trigger section ,theres nothing coming out there either....thanks

why not just get some spares for it, solo sprayers are the company you want, they sell spares for all their sprayers, hoses, jets, triggers the lot, and very helpful as well

Check where the hose screws into tank as can get clogged, especially if using powdered pre spray.

Maybe the trigger itself is knackered, check the hose as homenclean suggests but after that it can only be the lance itself. I use a restormate upgraded version which I can recommend.

a kink in the hose will do it as well
