Title: Black grease stain on uPvc frames

Does anyone know what this is? We've seen it in the corners of uPvc frames is a greasy substance that doesn't seem to shift very easily, does anyone know what causes it?, where does it come from?, and more importantly whats the best stuff to remove it with?
