Does ant body have a method statement template and a generic risk assessment form they could send me?

geoff, can I ask for a copy? wife is doing healthcare support course and one of module is health and safety and she need to write risk assestment for her assigment, so she will do it for carpet cleaner with me as an example. Would be nice if she can see any sample.

In the late 90s I called Chem dry head office - they were there to give us franchisees back up right? 

I asked for a sample method statement and risk assessment , as a builder had asked us for them on a site we were cleaning showhomes at.

I was told that if I could not assess the risks , or write down the methos I was using then I should not be doing the job , at that point I knew it was time to sell the franchise.
