Hi folks
Got asked to do gutters on a warehouse/offices & they got asking me about washing down the cladding on the building. My question pls is,
1 have many here wfp a warehouse cladding before ??
2 Or am I wasting time when it should be just power washed end of story ???

WFP several warehouses - very straightforward, bit of g101, TFR, virosol on first them scrub away, even better if you can find an outside tap to save on pure

The same as he said^
However if the cladding is faded tell them you may not see much difference except the dirt will be removed. If the cladding is powder coated or is relatively new then it should shine :)

Cheers lads ....it's wfp I choose! (Good job as I don't have a power washer 😃)

Start cleaning from the bottom and then go upwards.

Is this having a laugh :-\ dosent make common sense or am I missing something ???

You avoid runs if you clean from the bottom up.

Serious.
If you start at the top the cleaning solution runs downwards and you'll find when the bottom is cleaned you'll have runs lines that can take ages to get rid of.

I clean from the top down with WFP, but pressure washing your supposed to clean from the ground up, gives a more consistant finish if using chems.
