Title: do any firms have 7.5tonne trucks converted for large commercial

i went to quote a primary school the other day and caretaker said other window cleaning firm that were quoting used 2.5 tonne trucks or something just wondering if any firms have trucks/vans converted with say 3 ibc's on board for large commercial jobs for multiple operators

No, but there's probably a few on here that're running their boys out of fire-engines.

Any thing over 3.5t is a pain as you need an operators licence which is hassle in its self then somewhere to park it, cpc, digi card etc

The only extra bit of kit we take to large commercials is a Merlin and a di vessel

im thinking of getting a spare ro etc if any jobs come up as only have 300 and 400 litre tanks at min, till get my other van on road which will have 650 how does the merlin produce is it quite fast

or fit a tow bar and get a trailer, and put a tank in that. At least then it is detachable when you don't need it.

ive got no need for it just yet il be buying a larger van in next 12 months not rushing in to anything just yet, im not even chasing commercial work yet if it comes il take it but just plodding on taking it easy

Tbh richy, I only have a 350 litre tank in my van, I also have 10 barrels, again using the Merlin on the job just keeps topping your tank up with the barrels. On a job am on ATM I start off with a full tank, and a barrel fills up every 21 mins at 12 tds. By the time I am near empty I have quite a few barrels full.

Sky lights in centenary stand, I don't know when or if they ever been cleaned, they are a bit minging, plus it has increased day light at the back of the stand
