as ive been getting thru the round for first time certain customers have said they have cancelled so ive changed them from active to suspended or cancelled yet all my customers are showing as active still ive lost track now of who has cancelled etc is there an easy way too sort this out, ive set up a round called cancelled/suspended and was going to transfer them all to this round yet now im ready to change them over ive noticed they all say active still
getting really confused with this as when u have quite a big round this can open up a can of worms if u pop them on a worksheet and clean them bu mistake

sorry worked it out there a tab u can click to see all suspended and cancelled customers they move to dif page

Hi Richy,
The default view on the "Jobs" tab is to only show "Active" jobs so that the suspended and cancelled jobs are out of the way and won't get added to worksheets by accident. If you want to show them (e.g. to rebook a suspended customer) switch it to show "Suspended" jobs. It remembers the setting though, so best switch it back to "Active" afterwards to only show your live jobs.

rob i must have had it on the tab that includes all the customers the other day because i could see them all, then when i was looking for all my cancelled customers they were nowhere to be found all sorted now tho ;D ;D ;D
