Yep
In fact you can have it tomorrow morning before breakfast.
Follow these instructions implicitly:
Get up in the morning and boil your kettle! The steam that comes out of it is colloidal
Kev
P.S. Postage is FOC
-
Is it a "system" and not a "product" ie a steam cleaner ? I thought it was some sort of liquid suspension...pardon my ignorance ???
I don't mind paying for postage...

Chris
There lies the problem doesn't it? Namely your ignorance! I have mentioned to you before that you would be better to do our course rather than trying to garner free info on the CIU Forum. I could then explain Colloid, micelle and nano technology to you in a very simple form so even you could understand it without the need to Google everything. ;D That said I would wager that you are an instructors nightmare, the "proverbial disruptive child at the back of the class"! :'(

Good morning
I appreciated and understood the nano tech parts of the course and understand colloidal cleaning more now that I have participated ;)

Have I understood right that a warmer and or hot solution will aid the cleaning process?

Absolutely, sometimes people profess that cold cleaning works fine and to a certain extent in a lot of applications cold cleaning is totally adequate but heat always helps! A perfect analogy is:
"Washing dishes in cold water with Fairy Liquid works! but warm / hot water works better"
Mind you someONE is bound to disagree because as you well know, for example there are more PW Guys with Cold Setups who do a good job than there are those with hot setups ;D ;D ;D

Are you two hold each others willys now?

No we are just learning to post like you ;D

but the dishwasher rinses in cold!!
What circumstances do you use colloidals then Kev? Obviously I have used it on carpets and windows, at very different dilution rates I must add....
helloooooo just popped over from the nutters section... Big in ere innit??

Nano means anything small...
Are the particles in jiff lemon bathroom cleanser too big to be considered as micelles?
Hot water is wet-er than cold ...any housewife knows that.
Did I pass the test...So do I get a sample of your "Colloidal cleaner" ?
-
I don't know about colloidal cleaners but you want a colonic, from both ends :o

Chris
I have offered you samples on several occasions! So why would I refuse you now?
Understand Chris that these type of cleaners (pH Neutral) only work when combined with the correct cloth, step mopping system or pad. That is why you can clean for example a greasy hob with baked on food residue using just a microfibre cloth and plain water or a steam cleaner fitted with a microfibre bonnet. The cleaning process works with the microfibre materiel by removing the stain mechanically so therefore the cleaner is only acting as a pH Neutral lubricant (In a basic fashion). The minute you use anything else either way on the pH Scale upper (Alkalines) Lower (Acids) then you have both a chemical and a mechanical clean. So now we have come full circle haven't we because now it is no different than using a high alkaline and Nanoscrub which also changes the size of the molecules and therefore aids a deeper clean in exactly the same way.
The subject is complicated the deeper you go into it the more complicated it gets and most people don't care and I could bore you rigid on the science side of it but essentially someone who is cleaning needs to know:
a. The materiel they are cleaning
b. What to use, when, what dilutions.
C. A basic understanding of why
c. Any dangers or risks associated
End Of!
My Brother is a leading computer and software consultant. He can tell you what happens in a computer when you press a key or command and why the computer produces the end result on the screen and how it gets there!
Does the average bear using a PC Care???
The answer is NO! They want to click Google.co.uk and get Google on their screens they don't give a FF how it came up or why!!!

Nano means anything small... (Very Very Basically Hmmmm.......................)
Nanotechnology means something different and is a bit more complicated than small!
Nanotechnology ("nanotech") is the manipulation of matter on an atomic, molecular, and supramolecular scale.
NANO is on everything these days but the explanation is a bit more complicated than small! See Above

You need to be careful with your Nano's...

So why would you use an addition cleaning agent (alkaline or acid) if the Colloidal cleaners are so good....might as well just get the Jif out and remove the stain and knacker the surface.
Whats the point of your statement?
Is there a possibility you are trying to baffle me with bull5hit?

Hi Chris, Micelles in size are 1/80,000th times finer than a strand of human hair, if you are interested in the newest and safest cleaning technology to ever hit the market where the particles are smaller in size safer and more effective than colloidal micelles technology let me know and i will be happy to send you on some samples, this technology will blow you away with the results achievable.

Yep ...send me some. I'm always interested in new ways to clean. My address is in the start of the post.
Kevin have you sent me samples yet?
Maybe if both parties agree I could compare both products and post my results?
