Maybe your pump can't keep up with the flow rate of the heater?

or......... don't suppose it's meant to run on natural gas?

Try connecting it to a household tap and see if it helps.

What gas should it run on? Check the handbook.

Your boiler is made to work at 8 liters a min and your pump is only delivering 3/5 liters a min.So could be shutting off as it thinks its dry.Thats why I say fit a garden hose to the boiler inlet so you can see if this is the problem. If it does not respond the the boiler is faulty. If it works on a garden hose then it is the flow been to low.
