Been a sponsored advert coming up on Facebook for Armthorpe Carpet Cleaners, I'm in York an hour plus away, anyway, they are offering shall we say very reasonable prices, what made me smile though was one message ''Hi, I'm in Sowerby near Thirsk (which is a further 45 mins to an hour North from York) how much to clean my lounge carpet?'' no sizes etc stated, reply from Armthorpe CC ''that will be £35.00'', job booked.

So, this chap is travelling best part of two hours each way for £35, busy fool springs to mind, amongst other things!!

I see FB pages all the time with" carpets cleaned for £25 and we serve all the North West."

I deleted FB , wastes to much time , generally the customers carpets are filthy and are nothing but trouble .
