Hi guys,
I quite happily sell my best earning commercial job at the right price.
Why?, because I sweat like a pig and can't stand doing internal cleans when the heating is on.
The work is as follows:
Monthly Internal & external window cleaning @ £150 takes 2 hours
2 monthly balustrade cleaning @ £300 takes 2 hours
3 monthly canopy cleaning @ £150 takes 45 mins
3 monthly internal partition cleaning @ £250 takes 4-5 hours
Annual income is :
Windows £1800
Balustrades £1800
Canopy £600
Partitions £1000
Total of £5200 annual income for less than 60 hours labour.
How much would you pay and is anyone interested?

Forgot to mention, the internal work can be carried out any day between 7am-10am.
Also the cleaning supervisor is a good friend of mine so the job is a keeper. (For as long as he's there anyway).
