Likes from other window cleaners doesn't do much,.. its likes from customers that'll grow your business.

Try making up fancy new "windows cleaned" tickets that have your facebook link on them, and run a small "Facebook only" competition or discount every month for your followers who like & share certain posts. Get your audience to do the sharing and you can quickly build up followers who are relevant to your business. ;)
