Want to really get into this side of things but not sure where to start equipment wise.
Skyvac seems to be the newest latest name that's cropping up a lot.
Would £2000 get me a vac with carbon poles and a jenny that would do a decent height on commercials ... say approx 4 or 5 storys. oh and a camera as well :)
TIA

That will get you up to 4 stories with no camera I think.
Cheers Daz

Ive recently got a sky vac 75 with 6 poles (3 storey).
I bought a gennie after as I've got a large commercial next week.
Your moneys about right but without the gennie.
Gotta say it really impressed me today, cleaned some gutters above a conservatory which had a garden that Alan Titchmarsh would've been proud of in it, cleared it all out. :)

just brought a 3600wat machine and 9 sections of gardiner carbon pole for £600 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D and a go pro camera for £120
got to say the carbon poles made the job easier,
if i had to pay out £3k then think of the amount of work that you would have todo to make a profit ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hi Ian
I've just put a Honda gx270 9hp genny for sale on the equipment for sale section... Ideal for gutter vacs as it give over 4000w of power..
Cheers. Matt

I put my Vac system together myself from buying all the bits needed from different places...
It's a 3000w triple motor vac...40ft of carbon poles... A GoPro camera... I spent about £1250 all in all - I've used it at 40ft on blocks of flats and it works perfectly.
I need to buy a generator, as I've been hiring as and when needed up until now.

I also bought my vac from different suppliers. I originally bought 30 feet aluminum poles but just bought another pole to go to 35 feet so I could do a big job.
the whole setup cost about £350 in total.
