Title: do you have to raise an invoice?
Post by: Clever Forum Name on October 02, 2014, 09:55:13 am
As the title really. Do you have to raise an Invoice?

If they want to pay later. Then yeah I raise one.

If the customer agrees to pay on the day. Do I have to raise an invoice? As long as I record it in excel that should be ok for accounts? Date. Job. Paid. Address.

Even for a domestic upvc or gutter clean? Or pressure washing?

Surely if it's noted and banked. That's just income?

Upon customer request then yes, but you certainly don't need one for every job just for the sake of your records

With this cleaner planner its really easy. So may look into it in the future.

But like i say if the job is recorded, money banked. CBA with invoice for every slightly big job :)

Thanks guys
