got hang of most of cleaner planner but just deleting customers i cant seem to get my head round it seems quite a simple task to do yet i cant do it, the job isnt booked on to a worksheet as ive just taken it off after speaking to customer they have cancelled
any ideas

U don't need to delete customer Richie, just change their status from active to cancelled ( and I always just go to due date and click no due date due) that way it removes them from your schedule but cp remembers them so if they come back in the future u have a record

use the "complete" or "cancelled" option instead of active.
"Cancelled" if they cancel due to complaint.
"complete" for ones off's.
Try not to delete jobs, as will mess up year to date.

i use excel spreadsheets. I have the following
week 1
week 2
week 3
week4
have all the property / customer details on left hand column then have price column, paid column and a comments column.
works a treat. Print sheets out at start of week and just work from them. I then file them once done for accounts.
