I'm thinking about getting a backpack as I seem to spend longer fighting with the hose than doing the job but wondering how many windows can you do before it needs refilling.
-
about 1 and a half trad semi .
-
Depends on your technique and speed, but if say it will do 2-3 three bed semis.
-
That's good to hear, I will get one ordered as im sick of the hose getting stuck on everything.

id hate to use a backpack all day for all my work.i have lots of work where id have to fill the backpack up after every house or on some work 2 or 3 times!!horrible thought! ;D
-
I wont use it all the time, just most of the time ;D

I Use it all the time! wfp upstairs and trad downstairs. I'm quite happy with my setup. The backpack is on a trolley with a longer pole hose. Filling is from a tank onboard my vehicle and takes under a minute using a 12v bilge pump. A full 16 litre backpack does me one house, 3/4 bed. Frames and upstairs windows.

I started with a backpack and barrels. No way would I go back, not a hope of getting my round completed with a backpack. Would only get through about 50%.

I use van mount and backpack .
Some jobs backpack is easier than dragging a hose reel out .
I usually get two 3 bed semis out of a full fill .
Depending on my round i can sometimes work quicker with a backpack than a hose reel .

I think i would be quicker on some of my work as i have alot with crap access round the back.
