...............VW golf!! ;D ;D ;D
im planning on getting a new car next year. probably an R32 or GTI but just wondering if ill fit a 25 ft extreme or 22 SLX pole in the back just in case my van is off the road for a few days.
4 barrels (100L) would do me for a morning with a backpack(tops only).nip home for another 100L for the afternoon just to keep me ticking over if the worst comes to the worst!
cheers guys :)

An r32 is for polishing mate not window cleaning. :)
-
I get three barrels in my Ferrari
-
I worked out of a ford focus a few weeks ago, put the seats down and fitted 9barrels in and a trolly
-
Whats this a Mid life crisis daz with a boyracer car??
On a serious note I do love those r32's. They sound great whist being driven hard too, a lovely engine note.
-
They are a real target for thieves, don't get one.
-
the reason i need a faster car mick is my missus always takes forever to get ready whenever we go anywhere!im sick of being late for everything.the 2.5 V6 i currently have is just not fast enough!! ;D ;D
i know what you mean tom.i might get a subaru instead then!! ;)

Hire a van....
Mr B
-
id say regards barrels - IF TOPS ONLY - then you wont need 100 L for a mornings work. should get about 10 houses done easy with around half that amount of water - especially on maintenance cleans
-
Just make sure your van is off the road when either
A) You're on holiday - in Mauritius or wherever the Mancunian 40 something jetset go.
B) You're holed up in a 5* hotel with the missus and her sister.
C) You're visiting Alex Gardiner to peruse his range of 55' and longer extreme poles.
D) Youre out burning the rubber in your V16 engined, leather upholstered cock-enhancing lump of fanny magnet.
-
Where did you say your missus works btw Dazmond?
-
you can use mine if you like ;D

Nooooooooo!,
dont do it Daz!,
Your cougar may be a bit lacking in performance compared to a modern hot hatch, but it is cool and has soul (Unlike any modern hot hatch, or, perish the thought, audi!). Why on earth would you want to get rid of that and become a sheep?. The cougar isnt really isnt THAT slow, but if you find the cougar performance that dissapointing, look into fitting the running gear from a mondeo st 220, no reason it wouldnt fit as they more or less the same floorpan.

Get one Dazmondo! I've had a couple of Scoobs and they're great fun. although you will need deep pockets to run it/repair it when it goes wrong!
-
I don't know but I can get a Golf GTI into a 25 litre barrel.
-
hire a van for 40 quid for the day
-
definatly hire a van instead of all that

hire a van for 40 quid for the day
