Hi just brought an EXTRACTA EXEL any one no how to take the cover off as need get to the vacs and pump.

4 X 10mm bolts.

The bad design of the captive bolts means they often just turn instead of unscrewing. If this is happening you need to peel back the rubber bumper strip and undo the nuts and bolts on the side.
