It all depends on how much they want to spend? Tennis court maintenance companies change a fortune but also offer different levels of clean, you can remove a lot of sand during cleaning and then replace it after with new or even remove all completely. Even the sand is expensive and specialist as the grains are round and dont have rough edges.
After its been re sanded it needs sweeping not rolling as rolling overly compacts the sand which stops the fibres moving which then aids moss and algea growth. Even after it has been cleaned it will not play properly for a few days until the sand has settled.
Also a fsc to flood the surface and then use a lance to rinse, high flow rate is better than high pressure just like other surfaces.

I have some very good strippers if you get stuck...waterbased and DCM.
What I really need to do is rekindle the love that Rob (big nozzle) and Simon first showed me. I need to feel the love again with no animosity...
Simon used to buy pressure washers and seal off me years ago ...but now never calls me :'(
Rob (big nozzle) extracts the urine whenever I post.....my world is falling apart.

It wasnt the chem that was the problem mate. The stuff i use worked a treat. It was just a bad week. Van issues, scaffold issues.
Come up and spend a week up here mate, work some driveways and get involved in the referenxum debate, that will certainly rekindle something ;D

I don't see what all the debate is all about. Take the pound off them, write them an invoice for a third of our national debt, remove the blue from the union flag, send the immigrants up there and brick the wall back up - easy
